Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Kemberly Hotel, we strive to ensure that our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. To maintain transparency and address potential changes in your travel plans, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below:

1. Reservation Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate Bookings:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:

  • These bookings are not eligible for refunds, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Group Bookings (5+ Rooms):

  • Group cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Any applicable transaction fees, as charged by payment gateways, may be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a "no-show," and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

4. Early Check-Out Policy

  • For guests who decide to check out earlier than their booked departure date:
    • Refunds for unused nights will be subject to the terms of the reservation and management discretion.
    • Early check-out fees may apply.

5. Modifications to Reservations

  • Changes to reservations, including date adjustments, are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
  • Modifications made less than 48 hours prior to the original check-in date may incur charges equivalent to one night's stay.

6. Special Circumstances

  • In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or emergencies, we may offer flexibility in cancellations or refunds. Supporting documentation may be required.
